Take Off

Waiting in the Delta Sky Club for our non-stop (yeah!) flight to Medellin.  I got upgraded to first class and Randy is 2nd line for an upgrade and there are four openings so let's hopes he makes it too.  It is about a 4 to 4 1/2 hour flight to Medellin and they are experiencing El Nino which as far as I can tell for Medellin means rain, rain and more rain.  Anyway, our friend and host Mario will be waiting for us at the airport to take us to our hotel - the Affinity Aparta Hotel.  We have not stayed there before but it is in the same area as where we were last time and has small apartment style rooms instead of just sleeping rooms.  No plans for tomorrow - let's see what it brings!  Buenas tardes!
